What will you be doing
A Customer Success Manager is a strategic and supportive partner for our customers at every stage of the buying and services process. You will be focused on building loyalty to ensure long-term client retention by presenting product information, addressing customer issues, and helping the sales team with upsells and renewals.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
- Understand clients’ needs and goals, and help them achieve their objectives.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop and implement strategies to improve client success.
- Communicate with clients regularly to provide updates and ensure satisfaction.
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling our products and services.
- Solve any issues or complaints that clients may have.
- Conduct client training sessions as needed.
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
- 2+ years of experience working in client success management positions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong customer service orientation.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software.
