We are seeking a Talent Acquisition to work in the IT employment market and to be a part of the recruitment team.

What will you be doing

As a Talent Acquisition you will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and interviewing prospective employees to find the perfect match for a company’s long-term goals.

Key responsabilities
  • Source, attract, and interview prospective talents to find the perfect match for a company’s long-term goals.
  • Support the publication of job offers through different job portals, agencies, or any other audio-visual or academic media.
  • Create an efficient interview process and positive candidate experience by setting expectations, communicating timely updates, and providing actionable feedback.
  • Identify improvements in the recruitment process and create new strategies to attract candidates.
  • Constantly update recruitment databases with candidates resumes.
Candidate Requirements
  • English proficiency.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Psychology or related field.
  • Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.
  • 2+ years of experience working in full-cycle recruitment.
Nice to have
  • Experience in tech recruitment.
