We are seeking a Talent Acquisition to work in the IT employment market and to be a part of the recruitment team.
What will you be doing
As a Talent Acquisition you will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and interviewing prospective employees to find the perfect match for a company’s long-term goals.
- Source, attract, and interview prospective talents to find the perfect match for a company’s long-term goals.
- Support the publication of job offers through different job portals, agencies, or any other audio-visual or academic media.
- Create an efficient interview process and positive candidate experience by setting expectations, communicating timely updates, and providing actionable feedback.
- Identify improvements in the recruitment process and create new strategies to attract candidates.
- Constantly update recruitment databases with candidates resumes.
- English proficiency.
- Bachelor’s degree in Psychology or related field.
- Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.
- 2+ years of experience working in full-cycle recruitment.
