Support the publication of job offers through different job portals, agencies, or any other audio-visual or academic media.
Create an efficient interview process and positive candidate experience by setting expectations, communicating timely updates, and providing actionable feedback.
Identify improvements in the recruitment process and create new strategies to attract candidates.
Constantly update recruitment databases with candidates resumes.
Candidate Requirements
English proficiency.
Bachelor’s degree in Psychology or related field.
Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.
2+ years of experience working in full-cycle recruitment.
